A dedicated project manager will oversee your custom exhibition stand proposal from the initial brief, working closely to the outset timelines and guide lines and through into production and installation throughout your chosen show circuit.
Working closely with your project manager our in-house exhibition stand design team will transform the initial ideas to conceptual into 3d visuals renders keeping within your brand guidlines. We are also happy to work with external design and marketing agencies.
As part of the production and installation process it is critical the right materials are used to ensure your stand is manufactured to the highest standards and the correct equipment and services are provided to compete your exhibition experience.

Modular system built stands and can be a practical solution for clients seeking a professional presence for a one off event or a schedule to cover a series of events. This option reuses the same components each time the stand is used, and offers the flexibility to add additional structure and graphics should the stand space change from event to event.
Our outdoor display stands and event tents are ideal for small events and presentations, easy to transport, quick and easy to set up and take down. This type of system has the benefit of interchangeable graphics. These can be a simple and effective way to give you a high impact brand presence at your next event.

Style and concept
It is most important that you share your style ideas, this helps us to create the right feel for your custom exhibition stands. Do you want an inviting open space, dedicated display or demonstration areas? The use of graphics can be an effective way to convey your message or create carefully branded and merchandised product displays that attract attention. Maybe you want to add a theme to your exhibition design to encourage people to stop by your exhibition stands - make sure your exhibition designer knows all this so we can better create your perfect stand.
Spatial considerations
Stand space is expensive, so you need to ensure you make the very best use of your exhibition stand’s space. Decide if you need a storeroom, will you need a private or semi-private meeting room? Perhaps just a reception desk, bar counter or customer information points. Products you are exhibiting can also dictate how you use the space. For example, large items such as machinery command a lot of space, small products such as medical items do not but may require display cases for security. Your Blue Cube designer will make sure that you maximise all the useable space you have available.
Company identity & branding
Audio visual equipment - Many exhibitors choose to hire rather than use their own for security reasons. If you plan to make a presentation, show a corporate video or demonstrate software you will need to consider this in the exhibition design.
Graphics
Use big and vibrant images to create a stunning visual impact. A picture can instantly get your message across, whereas visitors will not read a lot of text - wordy material should be reserved for your corporate/sales brochure. You may choose to have a set of graphics designed that can be used at various shows and later displayed in-house.
Audio visual equipment
Audio visual equipment - Many exhibitors choose to hire rather than use their own for security reasons. If you plan to make a presentation, show a corporate video or demonstrate software you will need to consider this in the exhibition design.
Furniture
Our designer will make a recommendation for the style of furniture for your exhibition design - be sure to discuss your preferences. For example, you may prefer chairs to stools. Some exhibitors supply their own furniture; however others like to hire from the contractor or organisers; you will need to decide what is the best option for you.

TRIGA® MAX can be freestanding, fixed to a wall or used as a shell-mount to dress up boring shell scheme stands. The max height of a TRIGA® MAX structure is 5m up to any length.
